Privacy Policy

Effective date: [Month Day, 2026]  |  Last updated: [Month Day, 2026]

1. Who we are

A3J Technology LLC (“A3J,” “we,” “us”) is a Washington limited liability company that builds fitness and wellness apps. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and apps (the “Services”), how we use it, and your choices.

Current apps: [App name(s)]. If an app has its own privacy notice, that notice supplements this policy.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, and sign-in credentials. With Sign in with Apple, we receive only the name and email (or private relay email) you choose to share.
  • Fitness and health information: workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, duration, goals, body measurements (such as weight and height), injuries or limitations you tell us about, and, if you allow it, data from Apple Health or connected wearables (such as heart rate, active energy, and workouts). See Section 5 and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
  • Content you create: notes, progress photos, and preferences.
  • Device and usage data: device model, OS and app version, app identifiers, features used, and crash and performance logs. We do not include health data in analytics or crash reports.
  • Purchases: subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive purchase status and dates, never your payment card number.
  • Support: messages you send us.

Device permissions (Apple Health, camera, photos, notifications, and location for features that use it) are optional and can be changed in your device settings at any time.

3. How we use information

  • Provide the app: log workouts, track progress, and personalize training to your goals and history.
  • Run your account, subscriptions, and support.
  • Send service messages, and marketing only if you opt in.
  • Fix bugs, improve features, and keep the Services secure.
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms.

For users in the EEA and UK, our legal bases are contract, legitimate interests, consent (including explicit consent for health data), and legal obligation.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, show third-party ads, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers that host, store, and support the Services under contracts limiting them to our instructions: [e.g., hosting/database, crash reporting, email].
  • Others at your direction, such as when you choose to export or share a workout.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

5. Health data commitments

  • We collect and share health data only with your consent or as needed to provide features you request.
  • We never use health data, including Apple HealthKit data, for advertising or marketing, never sell it, and never share it with data brokers.
  • We do not store HealthKit data in iCloud.
  • Access is limited to people and providers who need it to run the Services.

Washington residents and others covered by state consumer health data laws have additional rights described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

6. Retention and account deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app at [Settings > Account > Delete Account] or by emailing us. We delete or de-identify your data within 30 days, and from backups within 6 months, except what we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Deleting the app does not delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that in your Apple ID settings.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, and appeal our decision. Email us to make a request. We verify requests, respond within the time the law requires (generally 30 to 45 days), and never discriminate against you for using your rights.

8. Children

The Services are not for children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security and international users

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. We are based in the United States and process data there; where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA and UK.

10. Changes

We will post updates here and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect, and ask for new consent where the law requires.
